CFINE and Granite City Good Food to hold Zero Waste Cooking Workshop

The workshop, which is taking place as part of Scotland's Climate Week, will be a fun opportunity to learn more about tackling food waste whilst cooking a delicious array of dishes!

Have you ever wanted to learn more about how you can tackle food waste from your very own kitchen? Perhaps you’ve wanted to know how you can make the ingredients you buy go further? Maybe your kitchen has been cluttered with GLUT and you want to know how to use up spare ingredients?

As part of Scotland’s Climate Week, CFINE and Granite City Good Food are delighted to be hosting one of our ever-popular Zero Waste Cooking Classes! The workshop will look at how to reduce waste in the kitchen and, through cooking with seasonally appropriate ingredients will offer an opportunity to have fun whilst we reduce waste!

The FREE workshop will take place at CFINE, 2-4 Poynernook Road on Thursday 26th September, 11-3pm

To register your place, or to find out more, contact Martin Carle: MCarle@cfine.org or call 01224 596156.
